Hilary has always been passionate about health, fitness and rehab.  She has made  helping and healing others her career. She is the co-owner of C.O.R.E. Physical Therapy and the owner of Core Total Wellness. Her education and experience allows her to assess the body from a holistic point of view and her  focus has always been a total body approach to healing and living.  She considers herself very lucky as she truly loves what she does and wakes up every day happy to be helping people learn to thrive. Hilary is a mom to 3 boys: twin 6 y.o. and a college student.  She enjoys Pilates, her Peloton, spending time with friends, and just being outdoors. 




Bekki is a health and fitness travelpreneur.  She retired from the cubicle life to pursue her passion in health and nutrition. She is a Crossfit coach, enjoys being outdoors and has a balance of a healthy lifestyle and fun as she is in the wine industry as well. She is always up for adventure and you can usually find her camping or swimming in the ocean with her husband and her chocolate lab. She is passionate about connecting with people, traveling and squeezing the juice out of life.



The Kitchen Queen

After leaving the financial world, Allison found her passion for clean eating and helping others become healthier, happier people. She is the Owner of The Clean Kitchen NH, a food blog, where she shares recipes and her life as a mom. Her motto is “just keep it real”. No one is perfect and life is about balance...mentally, physically, and spiritually.  Allison is a mom of two teens, two furbabies and has an amazing, supportive husband. She enjoys Crossfit, matcha dates with friends, and relaxing days at the beach or cuddled on the couch with her family.

Stacy, aka The Smoothie Lady, has a passion for helping others heal in the most natural ways possible.  She loves to enhance the quality of one’s life and restore balance through a combination of hands on techniques, nutritional guidance, and mindfulness.  Utilizing aspects from her background as a former Division I athlete, physical therapist, and personal trainer, Stacy works with individuals to maximize their health and performance.  Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her amazing husband and two children traveling, exercising, and finding the joy in every day.

Carly is a former attorney turned health and fitness coach. After 9 years in the legal/political field, she decided to pursue her passion and open TriPark CrossFit with a friend. Since opening her CrossFit gym, Carly has helped people in her local community learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. She loves helping those who have no idea where to start or are intimidated by the whole process! Outside of CrossFit and healthy living, Carly enjoys spending time with her husband, dogs and visiting Napa! 




H.S English Teacher

Helena is a high school English teacher and completely loves it. She is also the mother of three boys ages 12, 10 and 8 who are all avid athletes.  She loves spending time with them and can usually be found on a ball field somewhere cheering on their teams.She loves to exercise, listen to podcasts, read, garden and cook for her family. She recently discovered the “Calm” app and is slowly adding it into her morning routine.  Most importantly, she loves that she  joined this wellness community and enjoys spending time working with other like minded individuals on health and wellness and making passive income to supplement her  teaching salary.

Andre has recently rejoined the civilian world after serving proudly for more than 32 years in the United States Army. During his service, his health was taken for granted, even forced, as he rarely failed to watch the sunrise at a 180 BPM pace running with his fellow troopers.  With age, however, came wisdom: he realized the human body needed more than brute-forced-induced health, and that a functional approach realizes much better results. His sleep, diet and exercise routines needed to be improved in order to be successful. Sleep and exercise proved to be achievable. Diet, and getting the proper amount of micronutrients, was much more elusive. Then, he found the GWW Movement and everything clicked for him.  He now loves helping others do the same. 




Performance Coach

Navy veteran, Patrick "Sarge" Avon, is the owner of Sarge Athletics and is an author and performance coach for over 25 years. His background in fitness and performance is diverse, to say the least. He holds many certifications and even created one for his other business, The Sergeant's Program. A Performance Enhancement Coach and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Sarge has a keen eye for muscle imbalances and how they hinder performance.



PT, Life Coach & Yoga Instructor

Amanda loves helping people be the best version of themselves. She has always been fascinated with healthy living and spent the first part of her professional career working as a physical therapist. Amanda joined this business because she was looking for some inspiration and change professionally and loved the idea of a work from anywhere business. She found a community of people who were dedicated to helping others live healthy, happy lives and who were all about having fun.  Amanda is married to her adventure partner, Jon, and they have two boys. They are world travellers who just returned to the USA after living In Uganda for three years. She is grateful to be able to inspire healthy living every day.

Shannon is a Sports Physical Therapist that encourages a healthy lifestyle through diet, exercise and positive mindfulness. Shannon believes that a well rounded diet can fuel your body to work efficiently during your exercise, game day and overall lifestyle. She is passionate about educating others on the importance of health on sports performance. Shannon loves connecting with her Baltimore community through workouts and food! You can find her running around the harbor, hiking with family or cooking at home in comfy clothes.

Julie has been a high school math teacher for 20 years. But, has recently been inspired and has found a new passion . She not only feels the best she has in years,  but she has also stepped out of her comfort zone and grown in so many unexpected ways. Her goal is to inspire others to do the same! She is the mom of two wonderful daughters with her husband. She is super close to both of her amazing parents. And, her Mom has joined her in this business and it has been super fun! In her spare time, she enjoys running marathons.




Ginny has always been an entrepreneur and owned her own self-storage business before she retired from that.

Now she loves inspiring healthy living and helping others do the same. She is about to celebrate her 50th wedding anniversary with her husband, Will and has three awesome daughters and three awesome son-in-laws, five granddaughters and one grandson. She enjoys golfing, gardening, and cooking.
